Retractable banner

If your design requires a photo or business logo, you can upload it to your order or you can email a JPEG, PNG or PDF file in high quality to info@expressitcreations.net with your order number. If your order number is not included in your email, we will be unable to locate it. If you are submitted a business logo, please send a high resolution PNG file. This file will have no background. Please do not crop or edit your photo before sending. The following photos are NOT accepted: cropped, photo of a photo, filtered, saved photo from social medial, screenshots are not permitted. exPress it! Creations will not be held responsible in poor quality and low resolution images submissions.

Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of these item(s), we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns under any circumstances.

If you decide to cancel, refunds are not given after 24 hours of purchase. We will provide you with a "Credit" for future events Only. Credits are only valid for one year from the purchase date.

If you return any items to us unauthorized you will not be refunded for the items or shipping.
