In the customization section, be sure to fill out all requested info. You will receive a mockup of your design before being sent to production. Please have your notifications set. The design will be sent for production within 12 hours of the mockup being submitted.
Once the design has been submitted for production, no changes can be made, and a reprint or replacement fee will apply.

If you decide to cancel, refunds are not given after 24 hours of purchase. We will provide you with a "Credit" for future events Only. Credits are only valid for one year from the purchase date.
If you return any items to us unauthorized you will not be refunded for the items or shipping.
